Fill Analysis
In fill analysis studies, we can predict the optimum filling time with molding conditions & with balanced feeding system obtained from Gate Location analysis to control the temperature and pressure distribution in the Part.
We are able to make a good judgment with the help of a variety of result plots including Confidence of Fill, Flow Front Temperature, Pack Profile, Pressure Plots, Clamp Force requirements, Shrinkage plots, & so on.
We can even predict common molding defects like Sink Marks, Air Traps, Weld Lines, inclusions, flow line & recommend remedial measures to avoid / overcome / minimize these defects to the best possible extent based on our experience & exposure. Also, these will be corroborated by subsequent iterations of the analysis study.
