Rapidform XOS

Rapidform XOS is the sister software to XOR2. The primary difference is that it does not create editable CAD models. Therefore, it is perfect for such applications as rapid prototyping, analysis and rendering. XOS is used to create NURBS surfaces and high quality meshes from 3D scan data. Optimized meshes are easily created using the help of a wizard and can be exported directly into CAE software such as ANSYS or Hyperworks for your analysis needs. NURBS surfaces and curve networks are created through the use of extensive tools, some of which are shared with the XOR module. Moreover, XOS has an accuracy analyzer that gives you real-time feedback on whether the processed data (through alignment, smoothing and surface generation operations) deviates from the original scanned data beyond industry standard tolerance levels.
